The downstairs ( 525 sq ft) of this two-story cottage apartment features a living room with a day bed (sleeps one), two additional chairs, Cable TV, Window Air Conditioning and Gas Heater.

WIFI is now provided as a free service for all rental guests.

Dining Area

The Kitchen features a small Gas range and Small Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Toaster oven, Coffee maker. Dining area seats 4 - 6 Persons. A Small bathroom includes a sink, commode and shower only.

The first level bedroom features a double bed, chest, air-conditioning unit, and portable clothes rack. Adjoining bath includes commode and lavatory, with an adjacent tub/shower.

The upstairs 14x18 room ( 250 sq ft) contains one double bed and three single beds and is cooled with window air conditioning.

Unit 3 features a 8x12 shaded front porch on the front with a swing. table and chairs.

This unit is located in a shady area with an excellent view of the bay.
