While we have 3 hookup sites, only 2 are available at the present time. One of them, Site 4-A, is being rented out on a permanent basis at the present time

WIFI is now provided as a free service for all rental guests.

 

Sites 4-B and 4-C are located near the back of our property - on the left near the boat ramp and harbor area. Each site will accommodate an RV (or truck camper) approximately 10-12 feet wide and about 30-35 feet long (maximum). We "hope" that slide-outs will have adequate space. All sites have 30 amp electric hookup and water. Sites 4-B and 4-C (those currently available) must use "dump" - located near unit 5 towards the front of our property. This would be on your left when you leave. There is a small public restroom near these two sites. We plan to re-do the outdoor shower that we used to have (it was damaged by a hurricane a few years ago). Sorry, but there is no handicapped access at the restroom or shower area.

 

RATES:

Site 4-B and Site 4-C - $30/night (or $175/week). Maximum length of stay if 1 week.

Reservations are best, but drop-ins will be welcome on an "as available basis."

Site 4-B is more shaded than Site 4-C. Both sites have a view of Westmouth Bay, shown below.

 

The boat ramp and overnight docking (with fish cleaning station - see photo below), and boat wash-down area is available at extra charge for those who wish to bring a small boat, kayak, etc. Boat and trailer storage is available at a weekly rate on the adjacent property

Rates:

Ramp - $10 - weekend ($20 - week)

Overnight Docking - $5.00 (includes use of fish station)

Boat Wash-down - $5 or $l0 - depending on time used

Weekly boat/trailer storage - $6/week

 

There is no LP gas available on premises, but it can be purchased at nearby grocery store (l/2 mile).

There are currently no laundry facilities on premises (though possibility in future), but there is a laundromat 3/4 mile away.

While there is no security personnel or cameras near the site area, there is a streetlight there. Owners, who live on premises, add some measure of security.

 

RESTRICTIONS

AGE -There is no AGE restriction for adults. We request that children be at least 10 years old and/or able to swim and that they be monitored by an adult when outside - especially around the nearby dock/ramp area since the harbor bottom is silty mud and you could go to your knees or above if you fell in.

PETS - While pets are permitted, we ask that you keep them on a leash when outside and that you keep them "inside" at night to prevent any barking that would keep your neighbors awake.

NOTE: Phone and Fax are available in the OFFICE using your Calling Card, or Collect. You may receive personal phone calls in the office before 9:30 in the evening. We cannot be responsible for receiving daily routine calls from your office, etc.
