Rates:
Rates
given with each unit are for Prime Season (Easter
thru Dec.6).
Holidays
are billed at weekend rates. There is a two night minimum
on Units 2, 3 and 5 on weekends and holidays.
Off-Season
rates:
Deduct $10/night and $60/week. Only Unit 2 is available
during the winter season.
You
May Call Ms. Rose collect between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Be
sure to indicate, if calling collect and that you are
calling for reservations. Should you leave a message on
our answering machine, be sure to give your name and phone
number first, then your message, indicating the hours
you desire to be called.

Boarding is available on the mainland ( inquire )
Ours
is a Family setting. While we permit alcohol we do not
sell alcoholic beverages, nor do we permit any Drunkenness
or Obnoxious behavior on the premises. No Drug Use or
Abuse permitted nor Wild Partying.
Check in Time 4 p.m. Checkout Time 12:30 p.m.
Saturdays - Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
There
are no laundry facilities on the premises; however there
is a small Laundromat about 3/4 mile away on Island Road
( located at Mid-Way Mart )
There
is a public ramp available near the entrance to the Harkers
Island Bridge on the mainland side - if you find the waters
near our marina too shallow to navigate with your boat.
Or you may choose to use the ramp facilities at other
marinas on the south shore of the island. Use of Our ramp
is optional, not mandatory.
NOTE:
No Phones available inside the Units, Phone and Fax are
available in the OFFICE using your Calling Card, or Collect.
You may receive personal phone calls in the office before
9:30 in the evening, we cannot be responsible for receiving
daily routine calls from your office, etc.
Deposits:
A
deposit of 50% is required for first-time guest booking
2 weeks or longer in advance of desired date. After first
visit, deposit not required unless stay exceeds 3 days
and is made longer than 1 month in advance and the dates
desired include a holiday. While we DO NOT accept credit
cards, we DO ACCEPT credit card checks, personal checks,
money orders and of course cash.
Switching:
We
try to give you the unit you prefer. however we reserve
the right to change units to avoid losing a booking. If
reassignment is necessary, we prefer to place you in a
higher priced unit at your original rate. You pay NO increase.
If you are switched to a lower priced unit, which we avoid
if possible, you are charged the lower price, plus an
additional $5/night discount for the inconvenience. You
will be called in advance should such a situation arise.
