Gated
lot is kept locked 24/7. There is a "road"
gate (20 ft. wide) accessible from Bayview Drive, and
a "side" gate (10 ft. wide) accessible from
business driveway (used to lesser extent). Key to either
gate is available at ROSE'S BASIN (next door), located
inside their office entry area on a key rack to the
left of their office door. (Their office door is part
of their residence.) This entry area is usually unlocked
24/7. Please put key back on rack after opening gate
to get your boat. The parking area to go and get key
is on the right side of business driveway (opposite
the side gate).
ROSE'S
BASIN
(252-728-2868) has a launching ramp, overnight docking,
and wash-down areas (for a fee - see rates below) should
you wish to use their facilities (optional).
